Network printing without Print server

I have a Printer connected thru USB to a PC in a LAN. Is it possible to print
to this printer from another PC without a print server when the Domain
controller is down.

I heard it is possible. can any one explain how do i do that

Enable the printer to be shared on its host PC. It will
then become available to any PC on the network,
independently of any domain controller.

Two possibilities!

1) If you must "authenticate" to the domain, NO!

2) If you do not have to, just "map" the "shared" printer from the PC that is
"sharing" it to yours.
