Network Drives disconnect after 30 min

Hello Everyone,

We just built an New Domain in my company and we have about 10 users using it at the moment.
Everything works fine except of the Network Drives :). the problem that we have is: we use .vbs script to map the network drives and that does the job fine, but after 30 min if a user does not use the network drive at all, it gets disconnected. I run the following command in the CMD window: "net config server /autodisconnect:-1" of each workstation as well as on the domain too but it did not fix the problem.
any ideas?

Also, the spped to open files and to connect to the network drives is not geat even if run on a GB switsh.
any suggetions?
