MS customer support want to charge me!

All hotfixes must be obtained by calling MS PSS. They shouldn't charge you
for the call if you refer to the KB number and say you just need the hotfix.

I expect you misunderstood the wording of the article. With all hot
fixes where you need to call MS tech support, you provide your credit
card first but it will not be charged if you need the hot fix in the
article. Just don't ask about any extraneous issues. There will be no
charge for the hot fix.

I know, the wording is clumsy but it means that you will not get charged
for support unless you ask about other things. I wish M$ would hire some
people that can actually write things that average people can understand.

Make the call, just say you need the KB327933 hotfix and nothing else.
They will give you directions on where download the fix from.
