EULA always opens

We are running SBS2000 on our server and have just replaced all old
workstations with new XP pro pc's.

After installing Office XP (activated OK via web) the EULA box
appears every time an OXP app is launched and 'accept' must be
clicked every time. Also if Outlook is launched a blank Word window
(no toolbars etc) also opens with it's own EULA. This has to be
closed and 'accept' clicked twice. After this everything works
fine, so this is only an annoyance.

Can anyone suggest what may be causing this and/or a fix?

Try opening all Office apps from an administrators account, and
accepting the EULA.
