Nero is killing my computer!

I was in the process of burning a DVD. As it was compiling the files to burn
it locked up the system. Being the smart monkey that I am I just turned it
off in an attempt to start over. No it will only boot in safe mode.

The problem as stated by Windows is "sbusb.sys failed to unload" or
something to that nature.
XP pro
Errors are 0X000000CE, 0XF5872184, 0X00000000 and then it repeats.......

At this point screw Nero, I just want to fix windows.
