Nero 7 Ultra (hope this is the right forum)

I installed Nero 7 Ultra a couple of days ago. The suite is working as
advertised but everytime I boot my machine (WinXP SP2) the folder C:\Program
Files\Nero\Nero open on my desktop. It contains only two files -
Nero_LS_ENG.chm and NeroHistory.txt

I have checked the Start Menu folder and the
Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run registry key for both Local
Machine and Current User looking for instances of C:\Program File\Nero\Nero
but haven't found anything.

I have also booted with logging turned on and checked the resulting
ntbtlog.txt file and again found nothing.

Can anyone point me in a direction to prevent this folder from opening. I
doesn't appear to do any harm but it is driving me crazy.

Do a search for STARTUP search each one (I have 4) for the two files
giving you problems - they should be shortcuts that can be deleted.

Get a small, free utility program from System Internals called Autoruns
v8.53 at http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/Autoruns.html. It will
tell you where it's loading from.

That's a great utility and I solved some problems with it. Unfortunately
Rock I didn't resolve this issue.

Anymore thoughts?
