Needs Help with mailproblem

Hi i have a question.

I did compres my mailbox by accedent. Now i lost very importend information.
Is there a possibility to make this undone or how can i uncompress this.
i use outlook express version 6 with xp pro

Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
