need to find out how to reinstall outlook express

How can I get outlook express back on my pc, our tech guys took it off
and I need it, its the week end and they are out until monday. can
anyone help?

Did they really remove it or did they remove the icon so you can't run it
from the desktop?

Outlook Express can be found by searching for MSIMN.EXE

Outlook Express, like Internet Explorer, is integrated into the
operating system, and cannot actually be removed. Simply create a new
desktop or Start Menu shortcut to MSIMN.EXE.
