Need help!

Ok so I'm completely new to modding. I currently have a Dell Dimension 3100 PC. Am I able to transfer the insides into an ATX game case or will I have to buy a new insides for the case?
 
It looks like they will but why would you bother ??? Why not funk up your own case ?? What do you want it to look like ????
