Navigation Bar Properties

Where do you go to set Navigation Bar Properties?
Are they the same as Link Bar Properties?
 
Rightclick it and select Properties.

Right click "it"? Where and what is "it"?

Wherever you created the nav bar...right click on it...select Properties.
