navigation bar links won't display

I just changed from an XP amchine to a VISTA machine.
I copied the entire 'my webs' folder stucture to the VISTA machine.

I cannot get my navigation bar buttons/links to display in Frontpage. The
left and top of the page have the instruction to 'edit the navigation bar
properties', but editing them does not have any effect.

How can I get my navigation bars to work again?

You needed to publish. Also If you were using IIS under Windows XP Pro with FPSE, you have to have a
version of Vista with IIS and then download and install the (beta ?) version of the FPSE.
