My Security Settings will not let me open up my Adsense.Zip file

The Message says Current Security Settings will not allow this action. I
have a file on my documents and it will not let me open this file up. I have
alpazip trial period and says the evalution is up. Or what Security Settings
will I have to change. Any help with this problem would be greatly
appreciated.

If you are using AlphaZip to open .zip files, and the 20-day evaluation period is
up, you won't be able to open .zip files.

Uninstall AlphaZip through Control Panel> Add and Remove Programs; then install a
free Zip utility such as ZipCentral:
