E-mail and Internet Errors

When I open Incredimail, it opens up okay but then the bottom part of the
screen goes blank and I cannot get it to display the message. When I click
on any message, I get the following error message:
Exception: ACCESS_VIOLATION (C0000005) - on reading from 00000000
Faulting Offset: 000A893A
Module: MFC80U.DLL
The bottom part of the screen is also blank in Outlook Express and when I
click on a message I get one of the following error messages: "All or part
of this message could not be displayed" or "There was an error opening this
message. There is not enough memory."
Also, when I open my Search window, it is blank, and when I open my System
Restore window and click on the Continue button, the calendar is blank,so I
can't restore to an earlier time.
I cannot download any fixes because it says download was blocked by my
Security Zone Policy. That is in Firefox, and in Internet Explorer I get a
security alert when I try to go to a web site that says: "Your current
security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded." I can't find any
reason for this in my security settings and I restored default settings but
it didn't help.
Can anybody help me?

Sorry it has taken me so long to respond to your post. I was having trouble
finding my posting and just now was able to locate it. I suppose you're
telling me I need to get rid of Incredimail. I had downloaded it a long time
ago but had not set it up and used it until I could no longer access Outlook
Express nor get Outlook to send and receive. It worked great for quite a
while, then it quit letting me view the messages. I then tried Outlook
Express again and could access it but it would not display the messages
either, and then I tried Outlook and it was displaying messages but still
would not send or receive. I finally got Outlook to Send/Receive, but now
it won’t display the messages. I also can’t download anything from the
internet and the “Search†screen in Windows Explorer is blank, as well as
the calendar in “System Restore.†The messages show up in all three mail
programs but the message preview part of the screen is blank and when I click
on a message to open it, I get an error message. Do you think getting rid of
Incredimail would cure my problems? If so, do you know any way I can
transfer all the accumulated messages from Incredimail to Outlook. I tried
import/export without any luck. I certainly appreciate any help you can give
me.
