When I try to move a folder from my documents to another folder or area, the
dialog window freezes up and the "plus" sign disappears. I then go to task
manager to see what the status is, and is says that the program is not
responding. I then end the task, and then my tool bar locks up not showing
my active icons. This also occurs when I attempted to load some new
software, where I am attempting to select some files or areas to add to the
list of areas this software is to operate. Any input would be appreciated.
