when i open windows explorer then click on my computer it takes about 30
secs. to come up.
 
When was the last time you:

Ran a Disk Cleanup
Ran a FULL antivirus scan with updated signatures
Ran Disk Defrag
Ran an antispyware program with updated signature
 
Do you have any network drives that you might have mapped that no longer
exist? If these drives are there and the location of the mapped drives isn't
there anymore it can slow your my computer down....
