Potential Problem!?!?! Bootup issues

Something that I have noticed on my computer:
If I have not rebooted my computer in more then 24 hours the following
occurs:

1. Dell Splash Screen
2. Windows XP Splash Screen
3. Blue Screen with "Please Wait" with a sequence of periods
(............) which lasts for about 30 sec to 1 minute
4. Blue Screen with "Welcome"
5. Desktop shows and loads up icons in toolbar
Is this "Please Wait" screen something I have to worry about?

Pentium 4 3.40 GHz
1 GB RAM

No, dell just hides the boot process (ie...drivers and services loading)
with the blue screen, if you have no other problems ignore it.
