"My Backup" after xp system restore

I can find my backup and get in every user file except owners. How can I
access that file as I need things out of it?
 
Huh? Did you use System Restore or did you "restore the computer to OOBE
state" using the disks that came with the computer or the hidden Recovery
partition?

How did you create this back up?
