Multisession disc with imapi.

does anyone know if you can create a multi session cdr with some basic files
on the disc and then have the capability to add more data to the disc using
imapi?

The initial disc created does not have to be created with imapi.

The idea is to be able to drop some viewing software on the disc so that law
enforcement can view the files, as the codec is proprietary.
The users that would receive the discs have the ability to burn only avi's
based on current security rights. This would also eliminate the chance that
the distributed CD's could get infected by individual PC's. Anyone have any
ideas? Or any serious suggestions.
