Multiple Profiles in One Session

I need to work with two profiles in one session in Outlook 2003. I have two
email accounts that I wish to be able to view at the same time with mail
going to their respective in boxes. This is easily done in Outlook 2007 but
I can't find how to do it in Outlook 2003.

You mean multiple accounts? Profiles are a whole different thing ;-)
The option to dedicate a pst-file to a different account was first added in
Outlook 2007. There are still many other methods available to achieve the
same in previous versions of Outlook.

Both. pop3 account1 going to profile 1, pop3 account 2 going to profile 2.
I have created a rule to move messages from account 2 to the inbox of profile
