Multiple Simultaneous Outlook Sessions

Is there a way for Outlook 2007 or 2003 to have multiple Simultaneous Outlook
Sessions open at one time? If so, how is it setup to send and receive from
the same profile I would choose and save the replies back into the same
profile?

No. You can only have one Outlook profile open at any one time...

No, not within the same windows account. (You can with fast user switching).
You can add additional accounts to your profile and have all mail in one
profile.

running when it can be configured to access multiple mailboxes - Exchange or

Two different Exchange servers. Multiple mailboxes as you describe require
the same Exchange server.
