Multiple names in a contact

J

J Jones

I am having trouble figuring out how to enter my contacts when there are two
primary names at the same address such as: John Smith and Suzy Anderson. This
would represent an unmarried couple that live together. I want to be able to
have address labels come out with both names on separate lines followed by
the address. I would appreciate any help on the proper way to enter them so I
don't end up with merge problems. Thanks in advance for your advice.

There really is no good way. You can enter one in the spouse field. When I
have situations like this, I print to a document and edit the file before
printing.
