How to create multiple contact names in one contact file ???

Is it possible to enter multiple contact names in one company contact file,
other than put them under 'Manager's name', Assistant's name, etc ?

Also, if only way is to use those existing fields, is it possible to create
separate mailing labels with those names under the same address along with
the 'Full Name' primary contact name ?

I'd create multiple contacts from the same company. There's even an action
in Outlook for that...
