multiple e-mail addresses

Gary

I have set up my brother's new computer with an email addresses for himself,
and each member of the family. I first created aliases on the ISP (talktalk)
and then made new accounts in Windows Mail.

The main e-mail address for him works fine.

The other email addresses send mail fine, but don't receive it. There are no
error messages to the sender, so the emails must be going somewhere, but not
appearing in his inbox. How can I get all the emails to appear in his inbox?
( I can then create separate folders and direct them to the appropriate
recipient),

Thanks

Gary

You may want to connect using webmail, if talktalk supports it, and
see if the aliases are getting any mail. The way most email providers
support aliases, whoever checks mail first gets all the mail for the
main account and all its aliases. If you don't see any mail for the
aliases, call talktalk and ask if the aliases were created right.

Good idea, I'll try it next time I am there and let you kmow,
