WM's Junk E-mail seems to work pretty well, but there are some messages that
I want to whitelist or blacklist, but cannot see how to do it, because I
cannot use the sender's email address.
Can I whitelist by the To: address rather than the sender's address? For
example, I am on several mailing lists where the messages may come from
anyone (so that I can't whitelist by sender's name) and are always sent to a
particular email address, eg usersATopenoffice.org. How can I whitelist
that address?
Similarly, can I whitelist by reference to the Subject line in an incoming
email? Most mailing lists include an identifying word or phrase in the
subject line, and it would be good to whitelist all incoming messages that
include that word or phrase.
I note that all incoming mail goes into the WM Inbox, and then Junk E-mail
transfers the spam and other blacklisted mail to the Junk E-mail folder. If
I give effect to the 2 whitelist examples above by using Message Rules, will
they be applied before or after the emails get into the Inbox? If after,
will they be applied before or after the transfer to the Junk E-mail folder?
