Drag Mail to Junk E-mail Folder

If I drag a message from my Inbox to my Junk E-mail
folder will Windows Mail consider that sender as junk E-Mail??.

Never needed to do that, try it and report back please.

I seriously doubt it. You need to explicitly select
"Add sender to Blocked Senders list".
