You can get an error like this if the DLL file in question is a wrong
version or corrupt. Give this a shot:
To fix this issue take a copy of the msdart.dll from another location and
put it in the c:\windows\system 32 directory.
1. go to tools > folder options > view tab . turn on show hidden files and
folders.
UNCHECK hide extensions for know file types and hide protected operating
system files.
2. go to search and look for "Msdart.dll" with out the quotation marks.
3. rename the msdart.dll in C:\WINDOWS\system32 to msdart.old and take a
copy of the file from c:\windows\system32\dllcache and put in
C:\WINDOWS\system32.
