HELP!!!!

I have a window pop up that says the following:

SPRINFLD_ADV_DAEMON WKS CAL:EXE-ENTRY POINT NOT FOUND
The procedure-entry point get iums could not be located
in the dynamic link library dartms dart.dll

This happened after I had to re-install and repair my
windows xp system.is there a way to get rid of this??..If

I recently had a problem with a missing .DLL so I did a
