Error Message On Start Up

I have been having problems with my DVD Drive, it now
won't read any media and whether this is relayed or not,
on start up now I get the following message: 'The
procedure entry point Get IUMS could not be located in
the dynamic link libray MSDART.DLL' Any help would be
much apreciated.
