MSNAPPAU crashing in browser

The above prog keeps crashing in browser, and wastes 4MB as well!
Disabling in Msconfig doesn't help as it reenables itself.
Is there anyway of defeating MSNAPPAU without removing the MSN toolbar
altogether?
