MSN Messenger

Hi,
I've been trying to fix this problem for the last hour, and it's really
starting to frustrate me, so please, anybody, HELP!!! Our internet connection
is working, websites are accesible, etc. Our problem is that we can't sign
onto MSN Messenger. I checked the status, and everything is working. Also,
Window's Messenger works, but MSN isn't! AND, with programs requiring a
connection, like WinMX, says that there is no connection, but clearly there
is because I'm on the internet right now. We've trying disabling the parental
control, but still nothing! PLEASE HELP! And I will be forever grateful!!!

Tyr creating a new user name & password - it may work, although I've never
tried it, but get rid of Windows Messenger fror starters, there may be a
conflict.
Normally you can toggle Windows Messenger on or off with Run/msmsgs

Hi,
Thanks but it shouldn't be the problem, because I trying signing onto my
brother's account and it still doesn't work, thanks though! But how do I turn
off the Windows Messenger like you suggested? I tryed the Run/msmsgs thing
but all it did was open windows messenger...
