msn explorer

when i try to connect to msn explorer, basically it doesn`t open & when i check it i get the message not responding & in error report it says C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERD6D.tmp.dir00\msn6.exe.mdmp C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERD6D.tmp.dir00\appcompat.txt as i haven`t any idea what this means or how to retrieve my msn explorer i would be eternally grateful if anyone could offer me advice on how to repair this ( in laymans terms please, as my computer skills are zero at best :) thanks in advance

Those files contain are the error report if you send it to MS. Look in Event Viewer (type it in help) to get the error message and post that.
