Hello,

I have tried to remove "msnappau.exe" from the Startup
(through msconfig), but it is loaded anyhow later.
Neither I can delete MSN App.
How can I remove it??

Thanks for your help.

This does not appear to be "legitamate" software. I suspect this is a
spyware/adware component and might be removed by SpyBot or AdAware. Check
out http://www.microsoft.com/spyware for some more information on this type
of software and how you might best remove it.

I installed spy-bot, made some cleaning, and deleted the
directory MSN Appl. Although, after a while it appeared
again, and msnappau.exe loaded in Startup as well.
This time I noticed that this executable was associated
to MSN toolbar. So, I uninstalled the MSN toolbar, and
deleted MSN Appl again and the prefetch msnappau.exe..pf
And that worked. Perhaps this wasn't harmful, but I
didn't like that it was uploaded somehow even if it was
indicated the contrary in msconfig.
The google tool bar does not have this problem.
