When my computer starts up MSN 8 sign in screen comes up
and you cannot get rid of it unless you sign in. You
cannot close it because it keeps looping back. Is there
any fix for this..

Do you think that these are related?

When I Minimize Progar\\rams they freeze my taskbar. The
only way to get around this is to turn off the computer.
Is there any cures for this.
