passwords don't work

have xp home when i log onto internet that is ok, try to sign in on any sites
ie. msn,ebay.bank etc it justs comes up this page cannot be displayed. It has
been working fine until about 2 weeks ago . Connection ok and sites ok as I
tried it on another computer and got into everything. Someone please HELP
