MS Spyware interrupted

During download of MS Spyware Beta I had an interruption.
I get after "run" I get an error message that it can not
be initialized... I looked in Control Panel to delete and
then re-install... but nothing to delete...

How can I start over? Any Suggestions?

Re-download. This time, save it locally, perhaps to the desktop. After the
download completes, double-click the saved file to install. After the
installation is complete, you can delete the downloaded file.
