ANTI-SPYWARE WILL NOT INSTALL?

I HAVE TRIED TO INSTALL MS ANTI-SPYWARE MANY TIMES.
IT STARTS & SHOWS THE DOWNLOAD STATUS AND THEN JUST STOPS
AND INSTALL PROCESS CLOSES. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

ARE YOU RUNNING A FIREWALL? try turning off your

firewall until install is complete. turn your firewall on
good luck

Go to this site and click DOWNLOAD

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?

After a couple other clicks you'll have a few other
options: Click "RUN THIS PROGRAM NOW".

im assuming you have windows xp as this software is for

xp users?

desktop got to c:\windows folder open it and find
downloaded installations folder and run it by the
installer package there,i had good luck with that and it
was the 610 version and it works perfectly,good luck let

error go to c:\windows to the download installation
folder and run the installer inside then it should work
it want get put in there unless you try it on the desktop
first,strange as that seems it works great thanks and
happy scanning
