click, ms photo editor trying to open but could not. could you help me out

No Error message. MS Photo editor is trying to open but without any
contents.

For your file type jpg I need to know what Windows Explorer | Tools | Folder Options... | File Types | Select JPG | Advanced... | open | Edit... looks like.

That looks OK. What EXACTLY happens when "Whereas when i double
click, ms photo editor trying to open but could not." I need to know exactly what happens. Start from right after you double-click the jpg till that point that you decide "it could not." Does the Photo Editor open with no error but no image displayed? Can you open a jpg from that window by using its File | Open command?
