Can you help?
When I open Outlook, Excel, Word or any Office application, I find all the tool bars are "greyed" out so that I can not use them. The only ones that can be used are the print icons, all other icons and menus are not available to click on. I have noticed when opneing outlook that as it opens all the icons appear okay for use , but it then runs through a "loading dataset" process in the startup of the program and they icons all "grey" out.

This PC had a new HD installed by Mesh, prior to that office was okay. I have uninstalled Office and reinstalled it but the problem persists.

Do you have any suggestiosn on how I can get MS Office working again.

I have MS office 2003 on my PC which is running on Win XP Pro V5.1 SP2. The machine is Mesh PC wth 200GBHD.

Many Thanks

You could have a Macro virus.. which runs when you laod an office application.
did you try running a full scan of your PC?

don't know if a macro could still stay after reinstalling Office.
