MS newsgroup that appears in OE

I used to subscribe to an XP newsgroup [ I thought from
this site] that I would view in Outlook Express. Does
anyone know how I join it and where to find it?

Use outlook express to read the newsgroups instead of the web page
interface.

Choose the open with news reader link.

The MS public news server (msnews.microsoft.com) hosts 23 Windows XP
newsgoups. Connect to that server and look for groups in the
microsoft.public.windowsxp.* hierarchy.
