Expertzone Newsgroup?

Is there a Newsgroup on the microsoft.public.windowsxp newsgroups that I
can subscribe to the same as, or similar to, as this site on the old
Web-based Windows XP Newsgroups at:
www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/newsgroups/reader.mspx

I found this site most useful, but could not find it or one similar on the
msnews.microsoft.com selection of newsgroups to subscribe to. Maybe I
missed it.

I guess what I'm looking for is a site where I can do a search for a
specific problem and/or previous posts from MVP's, etc. I'm new to this
newsreader, only 2 day's!,.... and I'm still finding my way around and still
reading-up on newsgroups. Is there a search pane like this on
msnews.microsoft.com?
