MS MultiMedia Keyboard Volume Problem

Hello.

Since installing my Terratec 6Fire sound card, the "Volume Up" and
"Volume Down" buttons have stopped working properly. They turn it up or
down by one notch then do nothing...

I've got all the latest drivers for everything in my PC, and all the
latest XP Pro updates, but it's still not right.

Any thoughts what the problem is?

Did you turn off the HID Input Service?

If so, it needs to be on.
