MS Documentation regarding not mixing FP and FTP Client

I am trying to locate the MS documentation regarding not
to use FP and FTP on the same site. Does anybody know
where it is? THanks.
 
Sorry, but what do you mean "you do not hose with the FP
SE folders" and is the "Tools | Recalc" available on the
Frontpage client, or on the server?
