Every application (version) has an live expended date. So after that date the
support will indeed be discontinued. That doesn't mean however that you can
post your questions here though. Lot's of people use earlier versions and
post their questions here. If possible we're happy to assist you in any
questions you might have. If it's MS-support you are after that will expire
after a couple of years (between 5 to 7 years after release).
