mrtRate Service Failure in Event Viewer ??

I am receiving the following error message in the Event Viewer

Under the System section:

mrtRate Service failed to start due to the following error. The system
cannot find the file specified.

This is a brand new computer which and has a clean install of the Microsoft
Windows XP Professional operating system with all of the required updates.

Computer Specifications:

Intel D875PBZLK Motherboard
Intel P4 3.2GHz Processor
1GB RAM Memory
Microsoft Windows XP Professional with SP1a (OEM Version)

If you have Quicken 2000 or Quickbooks 2000, that installation may be
corrupted and could be the cause of these problems. Check the Quicken
website support for information on a possible patch or update for this
problem.

I have Quicken 2004 Premier installed on this computer. I will search the
Quicken website to see if I can find a resolution. Thanks for the reply.
