System Error - mrtRate

My laptop continues to get the fatal blue screen and then it repeatidly
reboots. I check the Event viewer and I notice the following on several
occassions.

Can anyone tell me what might be happening here and give me some
possible insight on what might be the problem?

Hi Winston,

DLL File: mrtrate or mrtrate.dll
DLL Name: Intuit Quicken DLL
http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/dlllibrary/mrtrate/

If you've already removed Quicken, then you can remove the orphaned driver
entry in the registry.

Open Regedit and navigate to:

[HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\<driver name>]
May be:
[HKL\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\mrtrate]

Backup and delete. Restart Windows

Thanks Rasmesh,

Especially for the link. I'll uninstall the program since it was
preloaded and not used and edit the registry. Hopefully that will fix
the problem.
