Moving from Outlook 97 to Outlook 2003

Can anyone tell me how to move email (Personal Folder) from Outlook 97 to
Outlook 2003?
 
You can either continue to use your original PST file with Outlook 2003,
or you can create a new, Unicode-type PST file, then (in Outlook 2003)
drag-and-drop all your items from the old to the new PST file.

Make a backup before you start!
