outlook 2003 move to new pc

can anyone nhelp me with moving outlook 2003 to my new pc? I will have
office 2007 on it but not outlook. How do I move my current outlook with all
my messages and folders Do I need to install outlook 2003 beforehand?
where would I get the program. Seems I should just be able to move the whole
thing over.
