Hello all,

I'm sorry to be asking such a basic question but I have been unable to
locate the answer.

I have many emails on my Microsoft Exchange Server that I would like to
download onto my laptop thereby freeing up my mail box on the server. I know
I can creat folders for the emails that will remove them from the server but
I don't recall how I do that. HELP! My mail box is continually filling up and
I need to pull them off. Thanks in advance for your help.

You need to create a personal storage table (PST). This is done via the
File > New > Outlook Data file options. I generally recommend that you
create the file in "My Documents" or someone where you keep data. This way
it will make it easy for you to back it up later if the laptop hard drive
ever needs to be reformatted.
