Outlook cannot connect to the Microsoft Exchange Server

I have recently had to reinstall my Office 2003 Suite. I have downloaded all
the updates. When I open Outlook, I get the following pop-up box: "The
connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. Outlook must be
online or connected to the internet to complete the action." When I click
OK, the following box comes up: "Microsoft Exchange server with MSN in the
window and my e-mail address in the next box". It ask me to confirm these
entries. When I click OK to this box, I get the following message: "Unable
to open your default e-mail folder. The information store could not be
opened.". A click on OK to this box sends Outleok away. I am logged on to
the internet when all this happens.

Any help would be appreciated
