reading emails from different laptops, keeping email on exchange

hi,
one of my laptop seems to have a setting on it to pull the email off
exchange permanently, as once i get an email in the new laptop it
stays, but the second the old one gets it it's gone from the new one,
so i'm sure it's removing it off exchange. I read on outlook 2007
help that I need to check the "Leave a copy of messages on the server"
box, but i don't see it. Outlook 2007 helps says I can find it here:
1. On the Tools menu, click Account Settings.
2. Under Name, select the POP3 e-mail account that you want to change,
and then click Change.
3. Click More Settings.
4. Click the Advanced tab, and then under Delivery, select the Leave a
copy of messages on the server check box.

When i get to step4, i don't see it. Is it because i'm using exchange
server, is that not pop3? I only see the following options under the
Advanced Tab:
Mailboxes:
Cached Exchange Mode Settings
Mainbox Mode

but nothing about "Leave a copy of messages on the server", any ideas
where that setting is then?

Thanks.

There is no such setting for Exchange since Exchange is a 2-way sync as long
as you leave your messages in the Exchange mailbox and do not have your
Outlook configured to deliver to a pst-file. You have done the last.
